Family Style Menu Dinner

Main

  1. Balsamic Chicken- Organic free-range chicken breast marinated and grilled, tossed in balsamic vinaigrette. Topped with sundried tomatoes and chives.

  2. Filet w/ Shrimp scampi- Grass-fed filet seasoned and grilled then topped with garlic butter. Served with jumbo shrimp cooked in a lemon-garlic butter sauce, and tossed with fresh parsley.

  3. Chimichurri Filet- Grass fed beef filet grilled and topped with a homemade parsley, garlic sauce.

  4. Lemongrass Lambchops- Grass fed lambchops marinated in coconut milk, shallots, coriander, and lemongrass overnight. Then grilled and topped with your choice of sweet chili or Thai peanut sauce.

  5. Honey Dijon Chicken- Seasoned chicken breast lightly dredged in flour and pan fried crispy, then tossed in a honey Dijon spiked sauce with mustard seeds.

  6. Mahi fish w/ pineapple salsa- Wild caught mahi fish grilled then topped with pineapple salsa.

  7. Avocado Chimichurri Salmon- Wild caught Atlantic salmon grilled and topped with a homemade parsley, garlic sauce with diced avocado.

  8. Lobster Mac N Cheese- Mac n cheese made with 5 different cheeses tossed with fresh lobster tail and baked.

  9. Shrimp Alfredo- Jumbo shrimp seasoned and pan seared then tossed in a homemade alfredo sauce with penne noodles and fresh parmesan.

Hot Sides-

  1. Penne Alfredo- Rigatoni pasta tossed in a homemade alfredo sauce and topped with fresh parsley and parmesan.

  2. Cilantro potatoes- Fingerling potatoes roasted then tossed in grated parmesan, fresh cilantro,  and garlic.

  3. Potatoes O’Brien- Redskin potatoes roasted then topped with sautéed peppers and onions.

  4. Roasted Broccoli- Florets roasted then tossed in garlic butter.

  5. Grilled Asparagus- Organic asparagus seasoned and grilled. Finished with lemon juice.

  6. Haricot Almondine- Haricot verts blanched, then tossed in garlic butter and sliced almonds.

  7. Roasted Vegetables- Broccoli, red peppers, onions, and squash tossed in olive oil with a salt/pepper blend.

  8. Creamy Pesto Tortellini- Cheese filled tortellini tossed in a creamy basil pesto sauce.

  9. Whipped Dill Redskins- Organic redskins mashed then whipped with butter, heavy cream, garlic, and fresh dill. 

  10. Rice Pilaf- Medium grain rice cooked in chicken stock with, orzo, carrots, onions, and almonds

Cold Sides-

  1. Caesar Salad- Romaine, shaved parmesan, croutons, and shallots tossed in Caesar dressing.

  2. House Salad- Field greens, tomatoes, red onions, and cucumbers served with buttermilk dressing.

  3. Tomato Cucumber salad- Sliced cucumbers and tomatoes tossed in garlic vinaigrette.

  4. Waldorf Salad- Field greens tossed with onions, candied almonds, red grapes, and celery. Served with honey mustard dressing.

  5. Wedge Salad- Iceberg lettuce topped with light gorgonzola cheese, tomatoes, bacon, and onions. Served with blue cheese dressing.

  6. Summer Salad- Chopped romaine and spring mix topped with cherry tomatoes, onions, cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds and cornbread croutons. Served with honey mustard dressing.
