LA Rams Performance Meal Plan

Day 1

  • Breakfast- Homemade protein pancake mix infused blueberries, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Served with turkey bacon, scrambled eggs and fresh fruit.

  • Lunch- Atlantic salmon seasoned, cooked, then mixed with peppers, onions, and quinoa then grilled. Served with a cold salad.

  • Dinner- Grilled grass fed filet seasoned with herbs, and garlic. Served with broccoli cheddar rice and seasonal vegetables.

Day 2

  • Breakfast- Cinnamon Steel cut oats topped with blueberries and served with turkey sausage and fresh fruit.

  • Lunch- Hand breaded coconut crusted shrimp lightly fried and served with steamed white rice and Caribbean vegetables. Topped with sweet chili sauce and scallions.

  • Dinner- Grass-fed marinated chicken breast pan seared and topped with a homemade bourbon glaze. Served with roasted cauliflower and roasted red skin potatoes.

Day 3

  • Breakfast- Greek yogurt parfait topped with fresh berries, granola, fruit, scrambled eggs and turkey bacon.

  • Lunch- Vegetarian grass-fed chicken breast marinated in low sodium coco amino then grilled. Served with brown rice, wok vegetables, roasted cashews, and hoisin sauce.

  • Dinner- Grass-fed filet grilled med-rare and served with steamed broccoli, and a side of penne alfredo. Topped with a sundried tomato butter sauce and crispy-fried artichokes and peppers.

Day 4
