(Main Dish)

  • Creole Style Turkey (Feeds 12-15)- Organic turkey brined overnight then slow cooked for 7 hours and basted with a creole butter sauce. (GF) 100$

  • Honey Baked Ham (Feeds 10-12)- Served room temperature. (GF) 85$

  • Roasted Garlic-Herb Cornish Hens (Feeds 8-10)- Organic Cornish Hens brined overnight in fresh herbs and garlic. Then slow cooked with long grain rice, garlic butter, and sage. Served as 4 whole Cornish hens. 75$

(Side Dishes)

  • F2F Baked Mac n Cheese (Feeds 8-10)- Homemade béchamel cheese sauce made with a classic roux and a 3 cheese blend (Gruyere, Cheddar, Havarti). Then mixed in with seasoned elbow macaroni and topped with cheese blend and baked until crispy cheese texture and creamy macaroni. 55$

  • Classic Southern Dressing (Feeds 6-8)- Savory style cornbread baked with condensed cream of chicken, celery, poultry seasonings, smoked turkey leg and dried herbs. 50$

  • Collard Greens (Feeds 6-8)- Locally grown collards slow cooked for 8 hours with smoked turkey legs, franks red hot, onions, and natural spices. (GF) 50$

  • Candied Yams (Feeds 6-8)- Organic sweet potatoes mixed with a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, brown sugar, butter, and heavy cream. Then slow cooked for 3 hours until soft & tender. (GF) 45$

  • Homemade Cranberry Sauce (Feeds 4-6)- Fresh organic cranberries boiled until soft then mixed with natural sugars. Served cold. (GF) 25$

  • Classic Mash Potatoes & Gravy (Feeds 6-8)- Organic russet potatoes boiled soft and mixed with garlic salt, onion powder, milk, compound garlic butter, and fresh cracked black pepper. Served with a side of homemade Turkey Gravy. (GF) 30$

  • Homemade Honey Butter Cornbread (Feeds 6-8)- Homemade cornbread infused with sweet cream butter, then topped with Michigan made honey. 20$

  • Savory Hawaiian Dinner Rolls (Feeds 10-12)- Served warm & lightly buttered. 20$

  • Gramma’s Peach Cobbler (Feeds 6-8)- Classic homemade Peach Cobbler recipe passed down generations. Peaches, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, milk and flour mixed then cooked until cobbler dough is soft-crispy and peaches are warm and delicious. 40$

  • Sweet Potato Pecan Cake w/ Whiskey Cream Cheese Frosting (Feeds 10-12)- Homemade sweet potato butter cake mix with ‘apple pie spice’ cooked light & fluffy then topped with a homemade candies pecan cream cheese glaze spiked with Jack Daniels whiskey. $45$
